 Driver at Fault PoliciesMost greenslip insurers in NSW provide Compulsory Third Party greenslips with a free Driver at Fault Cover giving up to a maximum of $300,000 cover for certain personal injuries sustained in a serious at-fault accident. There may be some eligibility criteria for getting free Driver at Fault Cover. The most usual known criteria for getting Driver at Fault Cover are based on the type and use of vehicle, duration of the policy and driver's age.
