How do I make greenslip claims?

Visit greenslips.nsw.gov.au if you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident and you can prove that a driver or owner of a vehicle, other than you, was partially or completely at fault you can make a greenslip claim for personal injury compensation. Any kind of road user can make a greenslip claim including a driver, passenger, pedestrian, cyclist, motorcyclist or pillion passenger. How long does it take for the greenslip to be processed?

After we receive the payment from you, we will process your greenslip within one business hour. We send your greenslip electronically to the RTA and generally becomes activated in about 30 minutes. In case you see that the RTA does not have your greenslip activated, please Click here to Contact us

How can I pay for my greenslip?

Payment for your greenslip can be made on Value Greenslips website by using VISA, Master Card or American Express credit or debit card. We currently do not accept payments by BPAY or by Australian Post. Payment for greenslips cannot be made in instalments. The full price of the greenslip needs to be paid before we can process the greenslip.

Can I purchase a 6-month greenslip?

Yes you can purchase a greenslip for 6 months. However, a 6-month greenslip will not be accepted by the RTA if any or all of the following apply:

If your vehicle is not registered for more than 21 days.
If you have a new vehicle that is not registered at all.
If you do not have a Plate number / Rego number.

What does the Value Greenslips quote include?

The greenslip quote sent by Value Greenslips includes the base premium, MCIS levies and GST.
